TicketArt is solely owned and operated by Ryan Publishing LLC. The company specializes in publishing oversize, painted reproductions of tickets from professional and amateur sports events. Since 1998, our primary focus has been on the world of professional and college sports in the United States. In the very near future, we plan on adding a wide number of historic professional and college sports championship tickets to our collection, World Cup events, Formula-1 winners, Olympic events, and more.

ORDERING

How to Place an Order

Place the product(s) you wish to order in your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button located next to the product image. When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" from within your cart and follow the instructions.

Do the images on your site accurately represent what I purchase?

Yes. However, in some cases, the visual representation may very slightly. Occasionally, minor modifications occur do to digital resolution issues. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?

We verify the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly up to (½"). If you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive, you may return it within 30 days.

What is the difference between your Limited Edition and Open Edition prints?

The image size is larger than those in the Open Edition collections and the quantity is limited to a specific quantity.

 

Payment Options

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 

When will my credit card be billed?

At the time of purchase.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

To cancel and order that has not been shipped, email us at orders@ticketartgallery.com. Please note, we are not able to process a cancellation for an order that has already been shipped.

SHIPPING POLICY

What is your shipping policy?

Standard ground shipping rates apply for the contiguous 48 U.S states, Washington D.C. and Canada. We offer fair shipping rates based on the size and quantity of the items in an order. Final shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

 

What shipping carriers do you use?

• UPS

• Federal Express

• USPS

 

When will I get my order?

Orders are processed upon arrival. Average production, processing and transit times is typically 1-2 weeks.

 

How will my art be packaged?

All art prints are bagged with corner protectors to secure the art in position and shipped in a corrugated box.

 

How do I track my order?

You can quickly check the status of a current order with your order tracking number and email address. As soon as your art ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number.

 

Is my order insured?

TicketArt guarantees your satisfaction 100%. On the rare chance that your package is lost or damaged upon arrival, just contact us at help@ticketartgallery.com  for assistance.

 

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

We do not ship to post office boxes.

RETURN POLICY

Orders can be returned for a full refund if within 30-days of purchase date.

• We will cover all shipping and handling costs for valid returns that, in our sole discretion, are damaged defective, or otherwise non-conforming upon delivery to you.

• You will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returns of art that are not, in our sole discretion, defective, damaged, or otherwise non-conforming.

• Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method used to purchase your art.

• We will not refund returns received by us after 30 days from receipt of purchase.

• Any returns received by us outside of the 30-day return window will be considered an “invalid return.” We may, in our sole discretion, re-deliver your purchase (at your sole cost and expense) or dispose of the invalid return if not reclaimed by you within thirty (30) days from your invalid return.

PRIVACY

We are committed to protecting your privacy. When you enter your credit card number on our order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and we store your credit card number in encrypted form for a limited amount of time, and our employees do not have access to this information. We do not store PIN data or security codes.

 

Under no circumstances do we rent, trade or share your email address with any other company for their marketing purposes without your consent. We use your personal information for internal purposes such as processing and keeping you informed of your order. You may receive information from us about new features, new services and special offers we think you'll find valuable.
